Giada's Baptism- 9/20/09

Giada was baptized at St. James Catholic Church today. It was a gorgeous day for a baptism.She wore the dress my sister's and I wore to our baptism's. She did wonderful during the baptism and only got fussy when we wanted to take pictures afterwards. It was a beautiful baptism and we were lucky because Giada was the only one being baptized so it felt much more personal. Giada paid close attention to the priest for most of the time. Giada has 2 wonderful Godmothers, Aunt Tara and Aunt Liz. And she was surrounded by lots of love from everyone that came to take part in her special day.

Giada's first 5 mile race!

Giada happily participated in her 2nd race today. We ran the 5 mile Pretzel Twist in Lititz, PA. Giada crossed the finish line just a second before her Aunt Liz. Aunt Liz and Daddy switched on and off pushing Giada every other mile. Giada slept for about the last 2 miles, I guess the first 3 miles really wore her out! Aunt Stacie even came to cheer Giada on!

Great bonding time with the grandparents!

Giada got to spend another weekend with Grandma and Grandpa Myers. Giada loves being able to get her quality time in with her Grandparents, and of course I am sure she probably loves all the spoiling too! Giada is lucky to have such a loving family :) Here are some pics from the weekend....usually Giada has the same face in every picture, kind of like Zoolander...lol...but Grandma and Grandpa were able to get some shots where she was actually smiling!!
